The College of Political Sciences Holds a Cultural Festival on the Occasion of the Iraqi National Day

Under the auspices of the Dean of the College of Political Sciences at Al-Nahrain University, Professor Dr. Osama Murtada Baqir Al-Saadi, the college held a cultural festival today on the occasion of the Iraqi National Day. This event was organized by the Research Unit in cooperation with the Arabic Language Safety Unit, the Quality Assurance and University Performance Evaluation Division, and the Student Activities Division.

The festival included artistic, cultural, and poetic events that embodied the meanings of national unity and belonging, as well as an exhibition of photos and publications documenting modern Iraqi history, in addition to student participation expressing love for the homeland and pride in Iraqi identity.

In his speech, the Dean of the College emphasized the importance of celebrating national occasions in the university environment, as they represent a reinforcement of the values of citizenship and belonging. He praised the efforts made in organizing the festival and highlighting the civilized image of the college’s students.
