Definition: It is an administrative branch of technical sports and encouragement, affiliated to the administrative side of the university, specializing in the practice of student activities (athletic, artistic, and encouragement). In part I, the overall assessment of the college is concerned with the care of students in all fields of grade and grade level, and the development of creativity and enthusiasm among students in all levels of education.
