The Faculty of Political Science at Al-Nahrain University witnessed the discussion of a doctoral thesis by researcher Qasim Khudair Abbas entitled “The Roles of Mercenaries and Contractors in the Wars of the Twenty-First Century: Selected Models” in the Hall of Al-Nahrain Civilizations.
The thesis aimed to study and analyze the increasing roles played by mercenaries and contractors in modern conflicts and their effects on the course and outcomes of wars.
The scientific committee consisted of distinguished professors:
