The Department of Strategy, College of Political Science, Al-Nahrain University, discussed a thesis titled “The Role of Artificial Intelligence in Cyberspace” by Ghusun Ahmed Arak.

Study Objectives:

• Highlight the role of AI in cyberspace
• Examine AI’s impact on cyber threats and cybersecurity
• Explore AI’s role in developing response strategies

Findings:

• AI has a dual impact: enhancing cybersecurity and posing threats
• AI can protect systems, detect attacks, and analyze data
• It can also be exploited for illegal activities by attackers
