Scientific Workshop

Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Osama Murtada Baqir Al-Saidi, Dean of the College of Political Science, Al-Nahrain University, the Department of International Economic Relations organized a scientific workshop titled “Financial Inclusion and Building Trust between Citizens and Financial Institutions”.

The workshop featured Haidar Mahdi Abdul-Karim, Financial Inclusion Department Manager at Amaal Company, discussing key challenges individuals face with financial services and electronic payment mechanisms.

The speaker explained the concept of financial inclusion and its role in promoting e-payment culture in Iraq.

The workshop concluded with Q&A sessions, covering financial aspects and transactions related to e-payment methods, including pros and cons.
