Dr. Zaidoun Salman Muhammad, a lecturer at the College of Political Science, Al-Nahrain University, published a scientific research paper titled “The Strategy of Integration between Communism and Technocracy and its Impact on China’s Domestic and Foreign Policies” in Issue 80 of the Journal of Political Issues.

The research provides an in-depth analysis of the unique nature of communist ideology in China, as declared by Chinese leader Mao Zedong, which has been characterized by a distinct Chinese national flavor, making it a cornerstone in building the modern state.

The researcher emphasizes that communism in China is no longer just an ideological theory, but has become the backbone of the Chinese Communist Party’s authority, which utilizes technocratic tools in designing and implementing domestic and foreign policies, enhancing the stability of the system and increasing its effectiveness at both the local and international levels
