A lecturer at the Faculty of Political Science at Al-Nahrain University, Professor Dr. Abdul-Azim Jabr Hafez, published by “Hetrick” Publishing House in Erbil, his new book entitled “The Development of the Concept of Democracy: From Traditional to Contemporary,” which is the fourteenth edition of his latest books.
This book examines the subjective and objective circumstances and events for the crystallization of the concept of democracy from the traditional, modern, and then contemporary concepts, according to the context of the concept’s history, through explanation and analysis.
