A lecturer at the College of Political Science at Al-Nahrain University, Assistant Professor Dr. Haider Zuhair Jassim, published a new research entitled “Russia after Putin: A vision of the future possibilities for the new leader.”
The research reviews the most prominent future possibilities for the new leader in Russia after Putin in the coming years, and what the Russian Federation will be like under that leader. The research raises questions about the approach that the new leader will follow, and whether he will maintain the Putinist approach and Putin’s priorities in leadership, or will he move towards the democratic model and transform Russia into a democratic state that the West calls for. The research also addresses how to end the Ukrainian war and the continuation of conflicts in the region, and how the Russian people will receive the new leader.
