Dr. Samah Najm Kazem, a lecturer, published a research paper in the Journal of Political Issues, issued by the College of Political Science at Al-Nahrain University, titled “The Public Sphere in Contemporary Western Political Theory”. The public sphere is one of the contemporary concepts that reflects the crisis of the state and Western democratic authority, linked to concepts of rationality and communication to form rational public opinion, with historical roots dating back to ancient Greek thought.”
