The lecturer at Al-Nahrain University’s College of Political Sciences, Assistant Lecturer Muhammad Maan Mohsen, published a scientific paper in the “Rapid Response Knights Journal for Security Studies” issued by the Ministry of Interior/Rapid Response Division, in its fourth issue of the second volume for the year 2025, titled: “Cybersecurity and Counter-Terrorism in Iraq after 2005: Between Digital Challenges and National Strategy”.

The paper highlights the role of cybersecurity in facing terrorism and digital challenges, and emphasizes the importance of formulating a comprehensive national cybersecurity strategy linked to national security and keeping pace with modern technological developments.
