Dr. Mohammad Abdullah Al-Shammari, a lecturer in the College of Political Sciences at Al-Nahrain University, has published a book titled “The Evolution of the Phenomenon of International Conflict and its Prospects in the 21st Century”.

Dr. Al-Shammari said that the book addresses the topic of international conflict as a complex phenomenon that reflects shifts in power and balances in the global system. He added that the book discusses the transformations of conflict from the Cold War to the present day, the impact of structural and systemic changes in international relations, and forecasting the future of the international system amid multipolar polarity.
