professor Wins Hakim International Award

Professor Dr. Ali Fares Hamid, a lecturer at the College of Political Science, Al-Nahrain University, has won the Hakim International Award for 2025 for his research titled “Utilizing Decentralized Balance in Managing Contradictions in Foreign Relations of Middle-Level States: Iraq as a Model”.

The research, which participated in the competition organized by the Anki Foundation for Studies and Research, won first place after passing through the evaluation stages, based on quantitative and qualitative measurement criteria, as well as practical models aimed at enabling Iraq to manage contradictions and complexities in its external environment.
