Professor of Political Science Receives Iraqi Development Council Award

Prof. Dr. Israa Alaa Al-Din Nouri, a lecturer at the College of Political Science, Al-Nahrain University, has received the Golden Award for National Creativity for 2025 from the Iraqi Development Council, under the patronage of the Prime Minister’s Office.

The award, presented at a ceremony themed “Creativity is Iraqi”, recognizes Dr. Israa’s outstanding contributions to humanities, aligning with the council’s sustainable development goals.

Dr. Israa was among 200 distinguished academics, scientists, and artists honored in various fields, including medicine, art, engineering, innovation, and content creation.

This recognition marks a milestone in Dr. Israa’s career, celebrating her achievements on the occasion of the Iraqi Development Council’s 10th anniversary.
