We congratulate the institutions of higher education and its universities on the ninth amendment to the Ministry’s Law and the modernization of contents related to the requirements of the evolving academic environment... We value the efforts of the House of Representatives in this direction, which responded to the endeavors of the educational institution and embodied our tireless work to resolve the integration of science and technology formations into higher education and scientific research.
