Professor Dr. Abbas Saadoun Rifaat from the Faculty of Political Science at Al-Nahrain University participated in the committee discussing the master’s thesis entitled (Russian-American competition in Antarctica and its impact on the international strategic balance) by student Firdaws Muhammad Ali, which was discussed at the Faculty of Law and Political Science at the University of Kirkuk.
These participations come within the framework of academic cooperation between Iraqi universities, which aims to enhance the quality of higher education and exchange academic experiences. These ongoing efforts reflect the keenness of academic institutions to develop knowledge and scientific research to serve the interest of the academic and scientific community in Iraq.
