Dr. Ali Abdel Rahim, from the Faculty of Political Science at Al-Nahrain University, participated in the session held at the Al-Bayan Center for Studies and Planning, where he presented a research paper on mechanisms for supporting small and medium enterprises in light of the governing laws. It discussed the most important challenges facing these projects, in addition to ways to address them. The session came up with several recommendations to develop mechanisms to support projects in a way that suits their actual needs. The session was held in the presence of a number of specialized experts from various Iraqi universities to discuss the research paper.
