External Participation
Two faculty members from the College of Political Science at Al-Nahrain University participated in the discussion of a promotion thesis at the Institute of Foreign Service, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, titled “Multi-Track Diplomacy in Achieving Peace: Iraq as a Model.” The thesis was submitted by Counselor Barwagh Ahmed Issa for promotion to the rank of Minister Plenipotentiary. The discussion committee consisted of the following professors:

This participation reflects the collaboration between Al-Nahrain University and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in promoting academic research and diplomatic training. The thesis explored the role of multi-track diplomacy in achieving peace, with a focus on the Iraqi experience. The discussion committee provided valuable feedback and insights, contributing to the academic and professional development of the candidate.
