External Participation

Assistant Professor Dr. Haider Zuhair Jasim, Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs at the College of Political Sciences, Al-Nahrain University, participated in the discussion of a research paper for promotion at the Institute of Foreign Service, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, titled “American-Chinese Digital Competition in the 21st Century and its Impact on Iraqi National Security.” The research was presented by First Secretary Omar Saad Shaker for his promotion to the rank of Counselor.
