External Participation

Professor Dr. Emad Salah Dawood, a lecturer at the College of Political Sciences, Al-Nahrain University, participated as the head of the scientific committee in the second scientific conference organized by the College of Police. The conference was held in the presence of the Minister of Interior, Abdul Amir Al-Shammari, and various academic and military figures.

Dr. Emad stated that the conference was organized by the Research and Studies Center at the College of Police as part of its second annual scientific conference, themed “Crisis Management in Iraq: Present Challenges and Future Visions.” The conference featured the participation of several ministry leaders, university professors, and researchers, who presented a series of research papers and studies on topics such as governance, crisis management, the role of media in facing crises, and scientific leadership in crisis management.

Dr. Emad added that the Minister of Interior emphasized in his speech the importance of opening up and expanding cooperation with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and benefiting from experiences in the field of research and studies.
