External Participation

Professor Dr. Shaimaa Adel Fadel, a lecturer at the College of Political Sciences, Al-Nahrain University, participated in the second scientific conference organized by Al-Hadbaa University College, titled “Climate Change: Challenges and Solutions”.

Dr. Shaimaa’s participation was with a joint research paper with Dr. Shahad Hassan Ali, titled “Climate Diplomacy and its Role in Developing Iraq’s Foreign Relations since 2003”.

The paper addressed the climate issue, which has become one of the most important challenges facing the world, and its side effects on health, environment, agriculture, and more. The paper also presented the most important solutions proposed by Iraq through climate diplomacy to address environmental problems
