: Professor Dr. Shimaa Adel Fadel, a lecturer at the College of Political Sciences, Al-Nahrain University, participated in the discussion of a promotion thesis at the Institute of Foreign Service, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, entitled “Utilizing the Elements of State Power in Iraqi Foreign Policy after 2003” submitted by Counselor Maha Dhiab Hamid, for her promotion to the rank of Minister Plenipotentiary.
