External Participation

Prof. Dr. Abbas Saadoun Rafat, Deputy Dean for Administrative Affairs and a lecturer at the College of Political Sciences, Al-Nahrain University, participated in the discussion of a promotion research at the Institute of Foreign Service, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, titled “The Impact of Social Media on Community Security – Iraq after 2014 as a Model”, presented by First Secretary Dana Amer Badran, for his promotion to the rank of Counselor.
