External Participation

Dr. Elaf Naufal Ahmed, a lecturer at the College of Political Sciences, Al-Nahrain University, participated in the discussion of a promotion research at the Institute of Foreign Service, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, titled “The Evolution of Digital Diplomacy Performance in Iraq – A Study of Future Opportunities and Challenges”, presented by First Secretary Wesam Sami Hama, for his promotion to the rank of Counselor.
