Professor Dr. Abbas Saadoun Refaat, Assistant Administrative Dean at the College of Political Sciences at Al-Nahrain University, participated as a member of a discussion committee for the research submitted for the purpose of promotion by researcher Doha Abdel Basit Turki, entitled (Iraqi-French relations after 2003 and their future prospects).
