External Participation

Assistant Professor Dr. Haider Zuhair Jassim, Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs in the College of Political Sciences at Al-Nahrain University, participated in discussing a promotion research at the Foreign Service Institute of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The research titled “The Impact of Negotiation Art in Managing International Crises – The Russian-Ukrainian Crisis as a Model” was presented by Counselor Yasser Ali Khalaf for his promotion to the rank of Minister Plenipotentiary.
