External Participation

Professor Dr. Ahmed Ghalib Muhyi, a lecturer at the College of Political Sciences, Al-Nahrain University, participated in discussing a research thesis titled “The Impact of Economic Diplomacy on Iraq’s Regional Relations after 2003”, submitted by First Secretary Muhammad Tahseen Alwan for his promotion to the rank of Counselor, at the Institute of Foreign Service building.
