External Participation

Professor Dr. Riyadh Mahdi Al-Zubaidi, a lecturer at the College of Political Sciences, Al-Nahrain University, participated in discussing a research thesis titled “The Foreign Policy of the French Republic in Addressing the Effects of Climate Change”, submitted by First Secretary Arshad Mazhar Ali for his promotion to the rank of Counselor, at the Institute of Foreign Service.
