Assistant Professor Dr. Mohsin Hassani Zahir, a faculty member at the College of Political Science, Al-Nahrain University, participated in the discussion of a master’s thesis for Brigadier General Qais Asoud Binyan, titled “Technological Change and its Role in Developing the Iraqi Military Strategy for the period (2014-2024)”. The discussion took place at the War College, University of Defense for Military Studies. The committee consisted of:
