Professor Dr. Abbas Saadoun Rafat, Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs at the College of Political Science, Al-Nahrain University, chaired the discussion committee for a master’s thesis at the War College, Defense University for Military Studies. The thesis, titled “The Role of Iraqi Army Aviation in Securing the Requirements of Operational Theaters,” was presented by Major General Mohammed Qasim Mohammed.
