Professor Dr. Idah Noman, a lecturer at the College of Political Science at Al-Nahrain University, participated in the training course entitled “The Art of Public Leadership and Official Protocols,” which was held in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman, for the period from February 5 to 12. The course was organized by the International Federation of Creative People in Iraq, and aimed to enhance leadership skills and understanding of official protocols. Professor Dr. Idah Noman was awarded a certificate of participation in appreciation of her effective contribution to this course.
