A lecturer at the Faculty of Political Science at Al-Nahrain University, Professor Dr. Yasser Ali Ibrahim, participated in the dialogue session held in the city of Erbil to discuss ways to enhance climate governance at the governorate level.
The symposium was organized in cooperation between the Berghof Foundation and the Peace Paths Foundation, and witnessed international participation and representatives from the provincial councils of Iraq and the Kurdistan Region.
The session focused on discussing climate challenges and mechanisms for developing environmental policies at the local levels
