Professor Dr. Qasim Muhammad Abd, a lecturer at the College of Political Sciences / Al-Nahrain University, participated as chairman of the committee to discuss the doctoral thesis of student Arian Raouf Aziz in the College of Political Sciences / Sulaymaniyah University. The thesis was titled “The Impact of Electronic Diplomacy on US-Iranian Relations.
