Professor Dr. Qasim Muhammad Abd, Professor of the Faculty of Political Sciences at Al-Nahrain University, participated in the Eighth International Conference of the Faculty of Social Sciences, which was held at Mu’tah University in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Dr. Qasim presented a joint research entitled “Digital Diplomacy and its Role in Enhancing International Cooperation,” in which he addressed the role of digital diplomacy in enhancing relations and cooperation between countries in multiple fields, including scientific and educational. This research came within a group of scientific papers that were discussed and evaluated by specialized scientific committees at the conference.
