Prof. Dr. Israa Alaa Al-Din Nouri, a lecturer in the Department of Political Systems and Public Policies at the College of Political Science, Al-Nahrain University, participated as a member of the discussion committee held at the Foreign Service Institute at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for First Secretary (Inas Hassan Mohammed) for promotion to the rank of Counselor for her research entitled (Political and Economic Empowerment of Women in Iraq and its Role in Achieving Political Reform).The discussion committee consisted of:Ambassador Firas Hassan Jabbar – Chairman
