External Participation
Three lecturers from the College of Political Science, Al-Nahrain University, participated in the 8th International Conference on Humanities and Social Sciences, held at the University of Sulaymaniyah, College of Basic Education, in cooperation with the North Europe Academy for Sciences and Research, Denmark, and several academic institutions, from November 26-29.
The participating lecturers were:
- Asst. Prof. Mustafa Sadiq Awad, with a paper titled “Transition to a Digital State: Digital Transformation and Redesigning Public Policies in the Arab World – Iraq as a Case Study”.
- Lect. Abdullah Muhammad Qasim, with a paper titled “The Role of Strategic Forecasting in Managing Cyber Conflict between Iran and Israel”.
- Lect. Ammar Ayad Katuf, with a paper titled “The Problem of Leadership in Arab States after Political Changes: Tunisia after 2011 as a Model”.
The participants were honored with the Creativity Medal and a participation certificate by the University of Sulaymaniyah and the North Europe Academy for Sciences and Research, Denmark, in the presence of the Governor of Sulaymaniyah, Mr. Haval Abu Bakr, and a group of academics.
