The Dean of the College of Political Science at the University of Nahrain, represented by Professor Dr. Osama Murtadha Baqir Al-Saidi, extends his warmest congratulations to instructor Abdulrahman Mohammed Isa on the occasion of his receipt of a Ph.D. degree, wishing him continued progress and success in his academic and scientific career.

The College of Political Science discussed the Ph.D. thesis of researcher Abdulrahman Mohammed Isa, entitled “Digital Governance and Reducing Corruption in Iraq after 2003”. The study examined the role of digital governance as a tool to enhance transparency and accountability, and reduce administrative and financial corruption. It also analyzed the challenges facing its application in Iraq and proposed practical solutions to address them.

The thesis aimed to analyze the concept of digital governance and its impact on enhancing transparency within government institutions, evaluate the extent of its application in Iraq since 2003, highlight the challenges facing it, and propose practical solutions to address them.

The study also provides scientific insights and practical recommendations to improve national policies related to digital governance and strengthen its infrastructure, contributing to achieving more efficient and effective government management, and enhancing anti-corruption efforts in a sustainable manner.”
