Professor Dr. Riad Mahdi Al-Zubaidi, Head of the Department of International Politics at the Faculty of Political Science at Al-Nahrain University, chaired a committee discussing the promotion research titled: (Cyberdiplomacy and its impact on foreign policy: selected models), submitted by the advisor (Hassan Mohsen Abdel Karim), for promotion to the rank of Minister Plenipotentiary, on Monday, 7/16/2023, at the Foreign Service Institute at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
