Chairing a Master’s Thesis Discussion Committee at Al-Mustansiriya University

Professor Dr. Yasser Ali Ibrahim participated in chairing the discussion committee for a master’s thesis titled: “Sustainable Development and Good Governance: A Study on the Implementation of Goal 16 – Qatar as a Model” at the College of Political Sciences, Al-Mustansiriya University.

The thesis aims to shed light on the relationship between the concept of good governance and the requirements of sustainable development, focusing on the mechanisms for implementing Goal 16 of the Sustainable Development Goals in the Qatari experience as an applied model. The study included an in-depth examination of the dimensions of good governance, its institutional tools, and its impact on promoting peace, justice, and building effective institutions, reflecting its role in supporting sustainable development plans.
