“(Awareness Lecture)

Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Political Science, Professor Dr. Osama Murtadha Baqir Al-Saadi, and as part of the ongoing efforts to raise awareness and deepen understanding of important societal issues, including narcotics, the Department of International Politics at the college held an awareness lecture titled “The Deadly Illusion and its Impact on Individuals and Society.”

The lecture was delivered by Professor Dr. Arshad Muzahim Mujbil, who highlighted the danger of this scourge on young people and its risks in destroying their future, as well as ways to prevent it. He emphasized that one of the most important means of psychological and moral defense is to arm oneself with knowledge, principles of religion, and authentic social customs.

A group of students participated in the lecture by asking questions and providing feedback, particularly on ways to spread awareness among community members, especially young people.
