A symposium on “Academic Vision in Facing Current Challenges” was hosted by the College of Political Science, Al-Nahrain University, under the patronage of the Prime Minister’s Office and the supervision of the University President Prof. Dr. Ali A. Al-Shawi and Dean Prof. Dr. Osama Murtadha B. Al-Saeedi.Dr. Qhatan N. Hassan Al-Khafaji, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the House of Wisdom, discussed the importance of research studies supporting state plans, highlighting the role of academic institutions in providing insights to face challenges and enhance stability.The event emphasized the need to utilize scientific research in supporting decision-makers and activating the role of academic institutions.
