PhD Dissertation

PhD Dissertation Defense: Safaa S. Hamoudi’s thesis titled “Entropy: Dialectics of Deconstruction and Synthesis in Formulating National Security Strategy: Ukraine Republic as a Model” was defended at Al-Nahrain University’s College of Political Science 📚.The thesis studied limits of traditional models in interpreting complex strategic environments, proposing an analytical model using entropy to understand uncertainty dynamics in national security strategy formulation, focusing on Ukraine (1991-2025). The committee consisted of Prof. Ali F. Hamid (Chair), Prof. Arshad M. Mujbil, Prof. Donya J. Matlak, Asst. Prof. Ruba S. Abdullah, Asst. Prof. Shaimaa T. Saleh, and Prof. Ali H. Hamid (Supervisor).
