The College of Political Science, Al-Nahrain University, organized a seminar on extremism and ways to counter it 🌎.Under the patronage of Dean Prof. Dr. Osama Murtadha B. Al-Saeedi, the Department of Political Systems and Public Policies hosted Dr. Ali Ahmad Marzouk and Sheikh Laith Fikri, discussing intellectual extremism, its causes, and effects, and ways to promote tolerance and peaceful coexistence.Speakers presented scientific lectures on extremism, its impact on society, and strategies to counter it, emphasizing moderation and rejection of hatred. The seminar aimed to enhance awareness on contemporary issues and promote values of moderation and rejection of extremism.
