A PhD thesis titled “Religion and Collective Memory Frameworks in (Israel): Constants and Variables” by Ahmed Faisal Ali Shlash was discussed at the College of Political Science, Al-Nahrain University.The thesis examined how Zionist political elites utilize religion to shape a national identity for diverse cultural groups in (Israel), based on “melting pot” and “separate development” concepts, leading to discriminatory policies.The discussion committee consisted of:Prof. Dr. Imad S.
