Faculty Member in Political Sciences Participates in International Referee Course

Dr. Saad Muhammad Al-Dakhil, Head of the Student Activities Division at the College of Political Sciences, Al-Nahrain University, participated in the International Referee Course organized by the Paralympic Athletics Federation under the auspices and supervision of the International Paralympic Committee (IPC). Dr. Saad Al-Dakhil was certified as an International Technical Official (ITO) by the Iraqi National Paralympic Committee and the IPC.

The course, held at the Iraqi National Paralympic Committee/Paralympic Athletics Federation in Baghdad, lasted for three days and included 24 referees. It covered technical and refereeing aspects of para-athletics, including classification, competition management, and the use of sports and medical equipment
