External Participation

Professor Dr. Wasan Ihsan Abdul-Munim, a lecturer at the College of Political Sciences at Al-Nahrain University, participated in discussing a promotion thesis at the Institute of Foreign Service at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, titled “The Reality of European Union Cohesion: An Analytical Study in Light of Opportunities and Challenges” submitted by Counselor Ammar Sabah Mustafa, for his promotion to the rank of Minister Plenipotentiary.
