The College of Political Sciences Participates in a Special Championship on the Occasion of the Summit

Prof. Dr. Saad Al-Dakhil, Head of the Student Activities Section at the College of Political Sciences, Al-Nahrain University, participated in the Cross-Country Running Championship organized by the Ministry of Defense to celebrate the Arab Summit in Baghdad. The event was held to welcome the participating delegations.

The championship, which took place in Abu Nawas Street in central Baghdad, saw the participation of several colleges and sports clubs, as well as the Ministry of Defense with all its branches.

The Arab Summit 2025, also known as the Baghdad Summit, is the 34th meeting of the Council of the League of Arab States, scheduled to be held on Saturday, May 17, 2025, in Baghdad, under the presidency of the Iraqi President, Dr. Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid. The summit will feature the participation of a group of Arab presidents and kings.
