Recent Scientific Publication by a Faculty Member from the Department of International Economic Relations at the College of Political Sciences, Al-Nahrain University:

Lecturer Dr. Ali Abdul-Rahim Al-Aboudi has published a study at Al-Bayan Center titled “2025 Budget: Is it Time to Rethink the Method of Preparing and Implementing the Federal Budget in Iraq?”.

The study aims to address the issue of shifting from the line-item budgeting approach to the program and performance budgeting approach in preparing and implementing the federal budget in Iraq, which will contribute to reducing waste of public funds and improving the level of government achievement.
