Professor Dr. Shaimaa Adel Fadil, a lecturer at the College of Political Sciences at Al-Nahrain University, participated in the discussion of a promotion research titled “The Impact of Internal and External Political Environment on Strategic Economic Projects in Iraq” submitted by First Secretary Baqir Bahir Rashid at the Foreign Service Institute of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
