On Sunday, February 9, 2025, Professor Dr. Qasim Muhammad Abd participated as a member of the discussion committee of the student (Israa Muhammad Amin) about her thesis entitled (Utilizing soft power in Chinese foreign policy towards the Arab Gulf states in light of the Belt and Road Initiative “Selected Models”), which took place in the Hammurabi Hall at Kirkuk University, Faculty of Law and Political Science.
