Lecturer Dr. Murtada Rahm Salman, a lecturer at the College of Political Science at Al-Nahrain University, participated in the Second Innovation Summit in the Digital Economy (IDES 2), which was held in the Qatari capital, Doha, for the period from February 4 to 5, 2025.
The summit witnessed the presence of an elite group of researchers, experts and decision-makers to discuss the latest developments in the digital economy and the impact of technology on sustainable developmentDuring his participation, Dr. Murtada Rahm Salman attended many discussion sessions, where he presented his intervention on modern digital policies and the challenges facing developing countries in adopting digital transformation. He also stressed the importance of international cooperation in enhancing the digital economy and supporting technological innovation, stressing the need to develop effective strategies to achieve the maximum benefit from digital technologies in various sectors
